Due to increased demand during holiday season, our current ordering processing times are as follows:

Custom/Personalized items: 10-21 business days for production + Ship time from CA.

Shipping Costs + Transit Time:
FREE shipping within the mainland USA (excluding HI and Alaska) for orders over $150.
These will ship UPS Ground or the cheapest available courier to us. Depending on where you are located it can take 1-5 business days transit time. All orders ship from CA.

The rest of the options are weight based shipping. So once you add your items to your cart, on the shipping selection screen you will be able to select between FedEx, UPS, and USPS and choose what speed you'd like your package to ship.
It will show you the costs accordingly.

Unfortunately, we do not have a retail location at this time, however we do offer local pick up in the SF/Oakland/Bay Area (Northern, CA)

Unfortunately, we cannot take returns or exchanges of CUSTOM ORDERS. Custom orders with your photos, designs, or name on them cannot be sold to anyone else so they are specifically made for you. All sales are final on ALL custom orders.

Please note: Each product is checked to ensure quality and we do our best to provide them without any defects. No two pairs or two socks are exactly alike as this is a 100% custom process to produce them. A break in the pattern will appear on each of the sides of the socks. We do our best to make it look natural and eliminate the line on the sides so it looks like a seam to seam print, however, this break is part of the tolerance level and a norm in this kind of sock.
