Shipping policy

We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship. Once package is with carrier, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Please contact carrier to file claim.  Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.

Our turnaround time can be from 10-21 business days, although we strive to have them out faster. During holiday's - the turnaround time is subject to change. Please remember these items are handmade and do require time to create.
