Because each item is made to order, refunds/exchanges are not accepted. If you have any questions, please contact me before placing an order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are made to order. Please allow about 7-10 business days (this excludes weekends and local/national holidays) before your order ships. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Although we strive to have them out faster. During holiday's - the turnaround time is subject to change. Please remember these items are handmade and do require time to create.

We ship via USPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority and UPS are available at an additional cost.

I'M UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. MAY I RECEIVE A REFUND/EXCHANGE?
As much as I'd like to get it right for everyone, I don't always. Every item is handcrafted. As such, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If there is damage to your order, please contact me within 5 calendar days of delivery.
HOW DO I CARE FOR/WASH MY TSHIRT/SWEATSHIRT/HOODIE?
I recommend you machine wash your garment, inside out in cold water & hang to dry. If you absolutely must use a dryer, tumble dry on very low temps for no more than 10 minutes then hang to dry. Do not iron on any graphic.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TUMBLER/MUG?
Handwash only. Do not microwave. Do not soak.
